# Unable to display dashboard 2.0

I just installed the new dashboard on my v4 NR and added a couple of nodes. When I got to the path:

http://:1880/dashboard

I get the error: Cannot GET /dashboard

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Well don't have a clue why but I closed all of my browser windows and rebooted NR... now the URL works.

It is necessary to restart node red after installing the dashboard, and also after installing third party dashboard nodes.

It shouldn't be necessary to restart after the install of Dashboard itself, but third-party nodes, yes.

Having tried it I can confirm that it is not necessary to restart. I stand corrected.
