# Unable to install pallete

Hi,

I facing issue where i am unable to install some of the Palettes. Mostly palettes for UI (Tables summary, UI-Led). Error shown as in picture below.

can anybody help provide solution for this?

Your system is unable to reach the internet.

Can you execute `ping registry.npmjs.org` from the command line ?

Yes Im able to execute the command line and ping that successfully

Are you running node red in Docker or Home Assistant or similar?

Have you tried running the install again?

Im using Home assistant. details as per below:

Node-RED version: v2.2.2  
Node.js version: v12.22.12  
Linux 5.10.158-cip22-rt9+ind1 arm64 LE

HA runs node red in a docker container. Probably the container does not have access to the Internet. Few here use HA so you may have to ask on an HA forum.
