# Upgrading to version 2.0.4 - help - where did I go wrong?

After upgrading to v2.0.4 and running `node-red admin init`, all my nodes are missing.

Quick look at settings.js reveals that the new settings file points flows file to flows.json, as opposed to what it was set up as previously, flows\_servername.json
Changed it, and now it's fixed.

Yup. node-red admin init` warns if it will overwrite your existing settings file, and it does ask what file name to use for your flows file.
If you choose to overwrite your existing settings file, you need to make sure you keep the settings you had previously.
