# Use of NODE RED for commercial purpose

can we use Node Red OSS for business unit's customer consumption as part of the solutioning?

in a nut shell:

- You can use Node RED in a commercial setting.
- The Node RED developers/organisation, do not take any responsibility.
- Credit, Copyright notices must remain.
- A document, or record of (significant) changes made to the original code must be available
- A copy of the Apache 2.0 license must be included when distributing.
