# Watson machine learning node credentials (node-red-contrib-watson-machine-learning node)

Hello!

I am pretty new to using node-red so apologies if this is not the right place to post this. Essentially, I am working with the node-red-contrib-watson-machine-learning node to run predictions.

This is the tutorial I am following ([https://cognitiveclass.ai/courses/machine-learning-sound](https://cognitiveclass.ai/courses/machine-learning-sound)). And everything is fine right up to where I have to add my service credentials for my machine learning instance.

I understand this has been changed since this tutorial was first published. So I contacted IBM Support and they referenced ([https://dataplatform.cloud.ibm.com/docs/content/wsj/analyze-data/ml-authentication.html?audience=wdp](https://dataplatform.cloud.ibm.com/docs/content/wsj/analyze-data/ml-authentication.html?audience=wdp)) to create the credentials. I followed these instructions and got a service-level token and added it to my deployment space. Once I did I used the service id and the api key I generated to authenticate in node-red but once I click Refetch Model List it still cannot find my model and deployment. Any help would be very much appreciated thank you!!
