Feels a bit stark compared to the rest of the display - maybe make the yellow the same colour as the background instead (e.g. make it transparent)?

Updated the code at the top of thread with significant changes.

I made a zip file of the icons I've used but the forum doesn't allow zip files.  
The notes in the code explain how to get them.
