# When deploy ibm watson iot platform, could successfully receive send data, but can not receive data and cause node-red restarting indefinitely /mqtt/ibm iot node

This problem could not be fixed by reinstall node-red program or update npm.

Check the Node-red file folder, find a file names "all\_nodes", click in there and change the node status to "unenable", save and exist, the problem can be fixed.

For most kind of error which caused by nodes or program error could be fixed in this way
