# Where is Manage Palette in Node-RED 3.1.3?

Did you install node-red using the script from the node-red docs? If so you many need to run  
`sudo apt install npm`. See [this thread](https://discourse.nodered.org/t/raspberry-pi-on-bookworm/84023/12) for more information.
