Hi,

I've made a chart with a template and a ui\_template node (see flow in addendum). The chart
depicts time (x) vs energy(y) over a seven day period. This works fine.

 ![initial graph](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex026/uploads/nodered/original/3X/0/c/0ce04a880f1d78ecfd969177e29b8a64501649b4.png)

Then I want to be able to zoom in on a certain time period by clicking two points on the graph.
First point selection

 ![first point select](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex026/uploads/nodered/original/3X/e/8/e87ab07dc206bf38824c2ade03bb120e0497d992.png)

Second point selection

 ![second point select](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex026/uploads/nodered/original/3X/4/9/4997279ec52a800e4410e2b1cadbfb835a2e1a0a.png)

Then it is zoomed out

but as soon as my mouse pointer moves the initial chart is shown again? Also when I click the
chart again, it seems I cannot select points anymore (see console of your browser). What am I doing
wrong ?

Any help greatly appreciated
Leo
