I upgrade using
bash <(curl -sL https://github.com/node-red/linux-installers/releases/latest/download/update-nodejs-and-nodered-deb) --node22

I then upgraded to Zwave version 11 and hey presto IT WORKS

Noice!
You will witness some changes that you need to address, but should all be covered in the various literature here and in my Github repo.
The UI (side Bar) is VERY different - but a lot more slick 
- as I am now using the tray control for advanced ops.
