Is this just a warning since the values are not accessible from the Test tab in the JSONata editor?

@dubnemo yes, precisely that. The test tab in the editor doesn't have access to the actual context data, so those functions can't be used.

To add, you can not test $moment() or the transform operator head ~> | location | update [, delete] | either.
