Change in flows OTA

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to change in flows or update it remotely (OTA updates)

i have a device running Linux with node-red installed, connected to the internet

how to be able to do this updates with my personal computer (windows with nodered installed).

So you want to log in remotely to your Linux box and play around with NR? https://www.putty.org/

Just to add, I assume you have read the following ... https://nodered.org/docs/tutorials/first-flow

Or are you actually asking "how do you access your NR on Linux from the WAN (internet)?" In that case you would need to look at something like a VPN from your PC to your Linux box.
