This is a really newbie question, but am I right in thinking the only actual files I need to backup are:

No, there are some others too. Another question from the last couple of days referenced this. If you look at the code under the section "zip" on the following page, you should get a better idea of the files.

• flows_*.json
• .config.json
• .sessions.json
• settings.js
• package.json

I think are the critical ones.
