Thanks for the reply.
I was able to do it by using the Fast CSV node( Credit to the dev!). It formatted the data without the template header.

By Using "fast csv node" (credit to the dev again)" i was able to add "/n" to the end of the Csv file within "fast CSV node " and when i appended the new data with the new column header it appended to the csv file with the new column header data, all previous row with no new column data was blank.
