Dashboard become unresponsive

I have disabled every chart and the issue is going on;
Please see attache Pics.

The dashboard shows a long group, it is because there are a lot of spacers 10 x 1
You can see the same in the debug tab.

It 's not possible to edit the RTU#! Tab layout you try it and all the groups scroll up
and the canvas freeze up.

So what is happening!
