Delay node - rate limit not working for all messages?

I can confirm that making that change in settings.js breaks the rate limit node.

I have never previously used that setting, and I can't see the circumstances when I would want to.

However, since 20 messages in the rate limit node are clearly less than 100, you seem to have uncovered a bug!

Let's draw it to the attention of @knolleary for any comments.

Thanks! On the purpose, I guess we all use nr differently, but you can see the case for preventing infinite pile of messages building up in a queue on a production server?

nono I just meant I don't see the circumstances where I would use that setting.
Not suggesting you should not use it. A production server is a different thing entirely from a Raspberry Pi in my office!
