Ok, I just stirred the must which was at 64.96F before and after the stir it was 65.08F. You are correct.
I apologize for the absence. I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and it made me step back and evaluate my life style. Brewing beer is no longer an option for me but from research I understand that a glass of dry wine can be tolerable if I manage my diet.
So, it's winter and I'd like to get the heating part of my temperature controller working and am hoping Colin Law will see my post.
Nothing has changed in my setup except the heat source is a 125W heat lamp.
