Dynamically chose one or multiple variables to plot on the same chart

Hello,

I'm working on a simple dashboard where the user can choose one or multiple variables to plot on the same chart widget. I decided to use a dropdown widget to dynamically select the desired variables, but I found out that the widget allows only one selection at time.
Has anyone dealt with this issue before?
