Definitely looks like you are using HA, most here don't so HA Forum is probably better for most things.
Having said that, you might be able to adapt the Simple Gate node to block whatever signal you are trying to pass/not pass on for a period.

I met red node only in HA, then I think it is only for HA
Take a look at node-red-contrib-simple-gate in the Node_RED Palette Manager. You can simply open and shut to allow or not allow messages to flow through.
