Hello, is there a way to use the dashboard to enter an email address as a recipient for the email node? I imagine several fields where an email address is entered in each case. Behind it comes a switch with which you can activate or deactivate the address so that only the person who has entered his address and activated the switch receives a mail.

Yes. You can pass the email address in msg.to. It's documented in the built in help of the email node.
