I plugged in the node-red vscode plugin and love it.
I draw your attention to Expansin & Universal Co., ltd in South Korea - where these guys are doing IOT for IDE called enuspace. This is probably most relevant to you guys.

I wonder if the tensorflow community would rally to build out such functionality for vscode.....
seems like the heavy lifting has been done - just need to plug in the presentation layer.
