What happens if, on the machine running node red, you put into a web browser the URL http://192.168.1.12/body.html

The error is really clear that the endpoint cannot be found. So "/body.html" is not reachable on the web server at 192.168.1.12 port 80. The web server has responded so you have a network path to it.

I think you will need to check the results from the browser again to see if the web page is checking for something hidden like a cookie or some kind of header.
