When using node-red-dashboard as a frontend for my house on a tablet it would be nice to be able to always show the side nav when there is room on the screen. Like the first sample here https://material.angularjs.org/latest/demo/sidenav Or have a option to have it on top as a side scrolling horizo…

Being able to lock the side menu open is not a bad idea. Not sure I'd use it, but that's not the point :slight_smile:

Anyone willing to implement that option?

Also while we're talking about the side nav, would it be possible to change its width via the dasboard site menu ? Long tab names tend to look bad in 200px.

made it more auto sizing up to 350px - and made multiple lines more nicely spaced. [image]

Auto-sizing with multiline is even better! Greatly appreciated!
