First add a debug node showing what is going into the Trigger and another showing what is coming out of the trigger. See whether there are extra inputs going in or extra outputs coming out. If that is not behaving correctly then select the button and trigger nodes (and any other nodes directly involved in this problem) and Export them and paste them here.
