Is it possible, that I see the flow context data of an individual instances of a subflow somewhere (as I can see the flow values of a normal flow in the Context data menu flow section )?
If you have a flow context variable called foo then the nodes in a subflow can use $parent.foo to access it.
@sdalee No, the context sidebar doesn't currently show subflow context. There's an issue on the backlog to address this.
