Gate_opener with coco_ssd, open_alpr, ewelink and telegram

Hi there, this is my flow that i use to open my gate with licence plate, it's a "puzzle" taken from different forum, i didn't create nothing, i only use the others work , it's their credit....normally, you guys, will find a lot of mistake...that is the idea ..to improve this work for me and others...cheers!!!
