Good news! UIBUILDER can now be used with FlowFuse

Many thanks to FlowFuse, a new update to their system has now allowed UIBUILDER to successfully work in their restricted data environment.

I've not yet had a chance to do a lot of testing but I see no reason that there should be any issues since the only issue was access to the filing system.

The one minor thing to note is that you won't be able to change the location of the uibuilder root folder. But that shouldn't be an issue. You will note that the root folder location is pre-defined in the settings.js file and this should not be changed.

Where can we read more on this integration?

There's nothing really to read Fabio, it "just works" :grinning:

There is/was a GitHub Issue, presumably now closed. FlowFuse needed to do some updates to allow a few nodes to work. Ones that rely on the filing system which was normally restricted in their cloud environment.

UIBUILDER v7 will also recognise FlowFuse authenticated users and will add the same msg._client property to uibuilder node outputs that D2 also does.

Are you sure you don't use Apple Devices - how dare you use our phrase

(Sorry for the spam - but you left that wide open)

Actually, nature of the job. I have Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android, AND iOS.
