Help for Alarm list

Hello everybody
I need help. I need to create an alarm list, with a timestamp, text and delete errors on one line. The list should be generated automatically for each alarm 1 line. The emphasised textinput comes from a KNX easy node
do you have an example for me? i use the dashbord for visualization

Sorry I can't find anything. I'm pretty new to Node-Red and would be very happy for help. This is part of my thesis and would therefore be very grateful if someone had a solution for me
