How can I fix a chart hover error?

Hey guys,

I'm working on a project where the ideal thing would be to show a message (hover) similar to the image below when I move the mouse over the graph bars and I don't understand why this isn't appearing.

I am using the following nodes:

flows (20).json (5.0 KB)

I need this structure to look like this.
