How to do the Implementation for unique flow id pattern

how to customize the nodered for making for design and Implementation for unique flow id pattern, currently yes every tab having unique id but if we have our app which user use it in different devices it may gives same id.
So with timestamp+my app id can make it unique? but how and what to do which file it require to customize?
