How to draw linear chart of a number received 'periodically'?

I am receiving this data from a Shelly H&T plus via an RPC update (filterd to keep only method="NotifyFullStatus")

so I would like to create a chart of the value

msg.payload.params.temperature:0.tc 

this is always numeric

Could you help me filling this form?

Set
msg. payload
To the value of
msg. msg.payload.params.temperature:0.tc
Also set a topic
Set
msg. topic
To the value of
A/z (string) HT Temp
Or any string name you wish for line series, and legend name.
