How to merge two large table in two different flow

i have two large table , one from a API call and one from a csv file,

i want to merge two into a table....
so far i only figure out i store all the content from 1 csv into variable and restore it in other flow and merge it to form a BIG table, but its so dummy to do so as i have lot or variable .......
