How to move dashboard elements

I cannot find a way to move the element in the dashboard.
They are placed in the order I have created them but I want it in a other pacing.
I saw on the forum "in the editor you can move them where you want" but don't see where ?
if someone could have a tip...

In the sidebar, click on the tab that shows a icon of a graph. The arrows can be clicked to show the various widgets in the various tabs and they can be moved about

Also, if you hover on one ot the tabs in the sidebar, you will see a layout optio where you can move things about.

Experiment and see what happens!
