I am using NodeRed 1.0.6 for some reason I cannot upgrade my NodeRed. But I want to move position of widget in NodeRed.
For example, I want to move Stack 1, which should be next to Stack 2.

Go to the Dashboard tab in the sidebar
and rearrange the groups and deploy the changes.
Yes, but it works only in new version. For my version, NodeRed doesn't have dashboard. That is why I ask 
How did you build your dashboard then? Are you using a dashboard node? If so, which one?
I am using this dashboard node "node-red-dashboard".
But it doesn't have layout, site, theme functions. 
Click on the down icon for more options and you will see the dashboard tab
That is what i found. There is no dashboard tab
What platform are you running NR on (ie what tye of computer)
How do you start/stop NR? if you do it in a cli, please stop/start NR and copy the first 20 lines and paste them to a reply.
cn-dashboard-nodes may be interfering with the node-red dashboard. It seems you are not using it so remove it.
