How to set cron plus for a complete payload

hello i ve got a http request that allow only one node at the same time.This request is done each second to feed datalive. . i would like to create a second way to use "cron plus " to send complete payload every 10 minutes in a database but i don't know how to set .
If i set :defaut payload , the payload is emply.
So i can i do to set it that i can complete payload each 10 minutes

How to make a cron with node inject

i would try your soluce but it doesn t work. i don't know what to insert for payload outpout. if i just set like you payload doesn't arrived but cron is working
