I'm facing a problem with incoming http requests to local node-red, I'm trying to send a request from the Server, or postman, it writes about a timeout and returns the error "no response from the server", I would be grateful for your help in setting up settings.js

At a guess as you supplied limited info, have you connected the http in to a http response node?
