Inject at specific time at granular level

Hi there, simple question :

How can I trigger a flow every fifteen minutes interval from 23:00PM to 3:00AM.
As inject node support only one day configuration that is from 23:00PM to 00:00.

I can use another inject node from 00:00 to 3:00AM, But there is possibility of collision of message at exact 00:00 if both nodes start sending data at same time that is at 00:00.

Apart from this is there any node where in I can configure something like 10:30AM to 11:30AM.
