I have installed node-red in a cloud.
I have a project with a dashboard but I want to install multi-dashboard (project) with one node-red not need multi-user.
What I do is export the variable that gives me the name of the Tab and I create with this the address for one board or another. I give you some links to take a look to see if it solves you.
Also if you need it it is possible to make them multi-user
