Is there a command line command to restart deployed node red flows?
I know I can restart node-red with
cd /home/pi/.node-red; node-red restart
Can I restart deployed flows from the command line without a full restart?
As is being discussed in the other thread you have started that command doesn't restart node-red, it starts node red as the user root running a flows file called restart.json.
