There would appear to be a large delay in loading cache into memory. The test fails if I try too soon after a Deploy Changes or a Restart Flows. Several seconds if not 10 or more. I will wait until my nr_circadian_brighness value increases and see if my solution changes to Greater or equal.. It is currently at 1 for another 4-5 hours or so. Time for some shut eye...
