JWT Sign with custom header

Hi,

Iam using the node-red-contrib-jwt and it's sign node to create and sign a jwt-token. So far so good. But I need to set a custom header attribute (iss, in the header) in the jwt-token and cannot find how to add it using the jwt-node.

Any ideas?
