Does anyone have an idea how I can implement a switch-off warning (flashing twice) for my hall light?
I hope someone can help me with this.

How are you controlling your hall light?
Not directly an answer to your question, but easier to implement. Common way for switch-off warning is to dim the light for a given period before turning it off.
