Modbus Server set inputs

Hey here,
I set up an Modbus Server and read write to holding work. But preset of input only work at adress 0. If I try at adress 1 this don’t work. I need to preset 5002. how can I do this?

I now see, if I write a big value I can reach 5002 but the value is every time a multiple of 257.
