Navigation Button on Tab Titlebar

Good day all!

I am hoping it is possible to put a single navigation button on tab title bar.

More specifically, I am hoping it is possible to accommodate the following scenario:

3 Tabs - "Mainstatus", "Inverter Status" and Inverter Control"

Inverter Status and Inverter control tabs need a quick and easy button to revert back to the main status page (The browser when it is full screen mode doesn't show the "back button")
The main status page, being the "Entry point" of the system, does not need the button to be shown...

Whilst it is possible to use a ui-control node and button on an individual dash involved, I would prefer to keep the "navigation" portion of the system up at the top in the unused space of the title bar...

Any help would be immensely appreciated!!

Edit: Moved to General Topics

I got the button to the title bar using teleport but clicking not working...

Which version of Dashboard are you using here? If FlowFuse Dashboard (Dashboard 2.0), then you can use a Teleport: Template ui-template | Node-RED Dashboard 2.0

Hi Joe,

I got lost at your first question...Node Red 4....Dashboard.....Dunno...Where do I look it up?

Looking at the link you included, it seems as if this would be the way to do it, but again, ran out of grey matter around 6 lines into the template code...I am, euphemistically speaking, "not too bright" where it comes to templates and similar....

Tnx
Ed

In Node-RED, Click the three line menu in the top-right, then "Manage Palette", and it will be listed in the "Nodes" tab

Hi J,
