Numato USB GPIO 128 channel Board

I want to connect my numato USB GPIO 128 board to node-red.
I use the serialport function, but when i send a message like ver it only respons the same message back.
I tried to use a function node to at \r at the end of my message, but with the same result.
Can anybody give me a hand on this one?
