Is there a way to change the orientation of the map dynamically on worldmap page ?

I presume you mean this node. https://flows.nodered.org/node/node-red-contrib-web-worldmap

If you read the documentation, under commands the is an optional property

  • rotation - rotate the base map to the specified compass angle.
