looks like adding pi as the user, and rebooting fixed it.
User=
Group=pi
WorkingDirectory=/home/pi
became
User=pi
Group=pi
WorkingDirectory=/home/pi
Can't add anymore new posts 
As a matter of interest, what was in the service file before you edited it?
I don't understand how you ended up with an empty user name, the install script should fill that in for you. Assuming that you ran the script from https://nodered.org/docs/getting-started/raspberrypi
