I recommend adding a flow that checks the free space on your SD-Card periodically and alerts you if it is getting >80% full.
Personally, I use oversized SD-Cards (32GiB) to get enhanced wear levelling but it also means that it is very unlikely that I'll get a full card unless I run a service that logs masses of errors for a long time (had that issue on VPS's and shared servers in the past with Apache and MySQL logs). If that is likely, installing and configuring logrotate is the answer. Or indeed to add more flows to check log sizes and warn you if something odd is happening
