I just upgraded to the latest firmware version v3.0.0.4.4662 and do not see the Webhook option. So, I downgraded back to v3.0.0.4.4110 but now I still do not see the Webhook option. Does anyone know how to fix my situation to get webhooks working again?
The webhook option is only visible via the camera web page and not in the Reolink App.

If you look back on this thread you will see I had similar problems with updates for my D340W.
A very helpful guy in Support at Reolink sent me a .paks file that sorted out my situation.
