I would like to use the node-red-contrib-email-out node, or something similar, to send an HTML email that contains an image in the body of the email based on a triggered event.
I have read the documentation on how to send plain text, but I cant find and code samples or documentation on how to send an HTML email.
Can anybody point me in the right direction, or have I poorly selected the node for the task?
Were you able to get this done? I am also looking for similar feature, and a forum search led me here, unfortunately no solution / hints available in my search..
anyone have a solution ?
You can just set msg.payload to a html string and it will become an html formatted email (?)
